AI Training
AI Ethics & Data Protection
What it is
A clear, jargon-free session on where AI use actually creates risk under UK GDPR and the EU AI Act, and where it doesn't. You'll cover what counts as personal data (including the types people don't think to flag), where your data actually goes when you use different AI tools, and how to judge whether a given tool is fit for work use. At the centre of the session is PAUSE, a 30-second mental checklist your team can run before using any AI tool, covering personal data, approved tools, purpose, sharing safety and risk.
Who it's for
Any team using AI with client data, personal data or sensitive internal information, which in content and marketing work is most teams. Especially useful before a wider AI rollout, so the policy is in place before habits form rather than after.
The benefit
Your team can make confident, compliant decisions about AI use in the moment, rather than asking permission every time or avoiding AI altogether out of uncertainty. It reduces the real risk of accidental data exposure, stops "shadow AI" (people quietly using personal tools because nobody's told them otherwise), and gives leadership one consistent standard across the team rather than individual judgement calls.
